Stars of the future are now honing their skills at the Driving Range in Llangefni. These youngsters, both boys and girls, look forward to their weekly practice and teaching sessions at the Range thanks to dedicated staff who are willing to give their time to teach golf to these lucky pupils.

It's not quite Augusta but the 50-1 outsider learned the game on a nine hole course in Llangefni.

New Masters champion Danny Willett used to practice golf on Anglesey during family holidays to the island.

The Sheffield-born golfer was a 50-1 outsider to win the green jacket at Augusta before play started on Thursday.

From the 21st March we will be running the 9 hole footgolf on the main course. By utilising the bottom half of the course it has allowed us to create 9 holes for footgolf giving an approximate yardage of 1090yrds.

By keeping it to this area of the course it will give golfers the oportunity if the course is busy to utilise holes 1,5,6,7,8 & 9 without interference and get a 12 hole round in for the price of 9 should they wish.
